Machine Learning Software Engineer (m/f/d)


What will be your responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms specialized in the processing and analysis of clinical microscopic images.

  • Perform data augmentation, preprocessing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the machine learning models.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and image processing technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our solutions.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to meet regulatory standards and ensure they are ready for clinical deployment.

  • Document and present model development processes, findings, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you should bring to the table:
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Experience with deep learning, computer vision, and image processing techniques.
